Marcus has been in the garage door trade since 2001, when he started carrying springs up ladders the hard way. These days he’s the one quoting the job and standing behind it, part of the Kingswell family of independent owners who hold every location to the same standard. He still shows up on bigger installs, mostly, he says, to make sure nobody takes shortcuts he’d have to apologize for later. Fifteen years of broken torsion springs has given him a dry sense of humor and a firm belief that a written price matters more than a handshake. He answers his own phone when it rings.

Derrick T., Lead Technician

Derrick has been with Bramwell Garage Doors Marietta for eleven years and has probably replaced more springs in Powder Springs and Kennesaw than most people have seen. He’s factory-trained on LiftMaster and Chamberlain opener systems and is the guy we send when a door hasn’t worked right since another company “fixed” it.
